Shipping & delivery
Console Forge Ltd sells complete computer systems that may be held in stock or built to order. Any applicable build or preparation time will be shown on the product page, during checkout or confirmed with your order.
Free UK delivery
Free standard UK delivery is included with every Console Forge PC. We select the carrier and delivery service based on the value of the order, parcel size and destination. If an optional faster delivery service is available, any additional charge will be shown at checkout.
Dispatch and tracking
Once your system is ready and dispatched, we will provide tracking information. Build and preparation time is separate from the carrier's transit time. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guaranteed dates unless we expressly agree a specific delivery date with you.
Some remote, Highlands and island destinations can take longer. A signature may be required on delivery.
Packaging and delivery
Complete PCs are packed for transport with protection appropriate to the system. Please inspect the outer packaging when your order arrives. If there is obvious transit damage, photograph the packaging and the system and contact hello@consoleforge.uk promptly.
Unless a different period has been expressly agreed with you, we will deliver within the period required by applicable consumer law.
Incorrect or incomplete address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Additional delivery costs caused by an incorrect address may be chargeable where permitted by law.
