Shipping & Delivery Policy
Console Forge currently accepts online orders for delivery within the United Kingdom only.
Delivery charges
Current Console Forge PC systems qualify for free standard UK delivery.
Where an express delivery option is available, the price will be shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch
Console Forge systems are individually prepared, configured, checked and tested before dispatch. Because of this, dispatch may not be immediate.
Where we provide an estimated dispatch or delivery time, we will make this clear during checkout, on the product page or in your order communications.
Unless we agree a different delivery period with you, goods will be delivered within 30 days of the contract being made, as required by UK consumer law.
Order confirmation and tracking
After your order is placed, Shopify will send an order confirmation to the email address supplied during checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide shipping or tracking information where available.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible at hello@consoleforge.uk. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.
Risk during delivery
Where Console Forge arranges the delivery, the goods remain our responsibility while they are in transit until they are delivered to you, or to another person you have identified to receive them.
Damage in transit
If your parcel or computer arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the packaging and the damage where reasonably possible and contact us promptly at hello@consoleforge.uk.
Reporting transit damage quickly helps us investigate the issue with the carrier, but it does not remove or reduce your statutory consumer rights.
Delivery delays
If an order is significantly delayed, contact us at hello@consoleforge.uk and we will investigate.
If we cannot deliver within an agreed delivery period, your rights will depend on the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
