Terms of Service
These terms apply when you purchase goods from Console Forge Ltd through this website. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including statutory consumer rights.
Products and specifications
We sell hand-built computer systems and related goods. The specification shown on the product page forms part of the product description. Images are illustrative and minor visual differences in components may occur where they do not materially change the agreed specification or performance. We will not make a material substitution to an agreed system specification without your approval.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we accept the order. We may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, there is a pricing error, a product is unavailable, we cannot fulfil the requested specification, or payment cannot be authorised. If we have taken payment for an order we cannot accept, it will be returned.
Prices and payment
The total price and any delivery charges will be displayed before you place your order. Taxes will be treated in accordance with our tax status and applicable law. Payment must be made using a payment method offered at checkout unless we agree another arrangement in writing.
Build and delivery
Some systems may be built or configured after an order is placed. Where a build or dispatch estimate applies, it will be shown or confirmed with the order. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for further information.
Returns and faults
Please see our Returns & Refunds and Warranty & Support pages. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
Software and accounts
Where a system includes third-party software, use of that software may also be subject to the software provider's licence terms. Customers remain responsible for their own third-party accounts, passwords, subscriptions and data unless we expressly agree otherwise.
Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made, or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase, except where the law provides otherwise.

Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Console Forge Ltd in Scotland. If you are a consumer, any mandatory protections available to you under the law where you live are not affected.
